* 1 extra person, sleeps on a luxurious sofa bed with an extra topper. Costs €40,00 per night.
** 2 extra persons, in 1 suite possible have their own bedroom 12m2 sharing bathroom. Costs €70,00 per night.
These general terms and conditions are part of the reservation confirmation.
Payment
We require a deposit of 30% of the total stay. As soon as we have received the deposit on our bank account, we will send you a final confirmation. With this deposit you also agree to our terms and conditions. The remaining amount must be credited to our account no later than 3 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy
In any case, make sure you have a good cancellation insurance.
We use the following cancellation costs:
Up to 6 weeks before arrival date
40% of the total price.
Up to 3 weeks before arrival date
50% of the total price.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival date
80% of the total price.
From 2 weeks before arrival date:
100% van de totale prijs.
Changing your reservation
Possible in consultation and if available, change costs € 15.00 per reservation.
Your privacy is in good hands with us, we will not share your personal information with anyone.
Arrival and departure
Your room is in principle available from 15:00 on your arrival day. You must check out and vacate the room before 12:00 on your departure date, if you leave later we have a safe place to put your luggage.
In case of a late check out, you can continue to use the room, if availability allows, until a maximum of 17:00 against payment of €20.00
Villa Hylas an "Adults Only" accommodation
Guests from the age of 18 are welcome.
Smoking
We only have non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only allowed around the pool, pergola and veranda. Ashtrays are located in these designated areas.
Swimmingpool
- Swimming pool opening hours are from 08:00 to 20:00.
- Villa Hylas accepts no responsibility outside opening hours.
- Running on the terrace around the pool is not allowed.
- Use of the pool and terrace is entirely at your own risk.
- You are required to shower before entering the pool.
- You should not go swimming immediately after eating or drinking.
- Check the depth of the pool before entering the water.
- Diving is not allowed.
- No rackets or balls allowed in and around the pool.
- It is not allowed to consume your own drinks at the pool.
Liability guest
- You are liable for damage or loss of items to the suite, plot, inventory or furniture. You may be able to recover it from your liability or travel insurance. Report it to us immediately and we can solve it together.
- Money, jewelry and other valuables are taken to Villa Hylas at the guest's own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to these, guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of such items.
Liability landlord
The landlord is NOT liable for
- Injury of the tenant due to staying in suite, near/in the swimming pool or further on the property.
- Interruption of electricity, hot water or WiFi
- Loss, theft and damage to and from the renter's personal property or vehicles.
- Disruption, alteration or prevention of the guest's stay if it is the result of an unforeseen event.
- Discomfort caused by the work of third parties (municipality, government)
